Bridal shoot in the beautiful Sand Heath

The topic of bridal couple shoots or bridal shoots is on everyone's lips at weddings and is an important part of the day, especially for the bride and groom. After all, the look in the bridal dress on this day is absolutely unique! In this case, my bride Fatana wanted to capture her bridal look all over again for herself in the form of an "After Wedding Shooting". We did this as a bridal shoot in the beautiful Sandheide. See for yourself 🙂 Basically there are many different possibilities for the realisation of a bridal shoot.

Interested in a shoot like this?

A classic option is to schedule the bridal couple shoot after the wedding ceremony and champagne reception. We recommend a good hour for this. The time in the late afternoon or early evening is best suited because the sun is already a good bit lower, especially in summer. This creates a beautiful soft light in good weather. Some couples combine the bridal couple shoot directly after Getting Ready with a so-called "First Look Shoot". First Look means that the bride and groom see each other in their wedding dress/suit for the first time on the big day. This does not necessarily have to be at the altar. Depending on the planning and preferences of the bride and groom, a place and time is often chosen where the bride and groom are still alone. At the same time, of course, it should also be suitable for taking some great photos. From our experience we can only say: These pictures are simply incredibly emotional and a precious memory. After the first meeting, it is definitely worth planning another half hour. Because here you can also do a small bridal couple shoot before the wedding ceremony. For couples who do not want to leave their guests alone during the day, after-wedding shoots are also suitable. Here, the bridal couple and photographer come together on a separate date to take two hours for the bridal couple shoot. This has the great advantage that you don't have to follow the wedding schedule, but can arrange the time flexibly. This allows you to perfectly time the sunset, for example, in order to take advantage of the best light. In addition, the bride and groom have the opportunity to give the wedding outfit a second life and thus enjoy the wedding feeling a second time.

The bridal bouquet for the shoot was made by Alina. She has a small but nice flower shop in Bad Homburg and always has something suitable for you. It's definitely worth a visit! Not only does she have many special flowers, but she also puts a lot of effort into them.
